About me

I think we can all agree—communication is key.

Many organizations dedicate their work to create a better world, but it's up to the right communication strategy to convince audiences to engage and envision one.

This is why I translate knowledge and complex ideas to a wide range of audiences to spread awareness and generate change.

I strengthen civil knowledge through writing, digital media, and campaigns for organizations dedicated to policy, the environment, economies, social and Indigenous justice.

My story

Since graduating from The University of Winnipeg as a Rhetoric Writing & Communications and Sociology student, I've used my studies to cover social challenges published through INKspire, The Urban Economy Forum, The Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives, and The University of Winnipeg.

To inspire others to share their thoughts, I interview youth as the INKspire Spotlight host on Instagram Live to share what inspires them to write.

I love seeking new opportunities to get involved in the community. I often attend and report on panels and monitor key events and stakeholders to collaborate with.

I use my passion for writing to publish challenges, solutions, and knowledge in policy, the environment, economies, and social and Indigenous justice issues.

I've had the pleasure to interview and report on members of the Canadian parliament and international leaders to emphasize the urgency of topics mentioned above.

I monitor opportunities that align with organizations values to create relationships and collaborative events and campaigns.

So far, I've partnered with Jazz Fest Winnipeg, Fem Fest, Culture Days Manitoba, and Tell Your Story Canada.

Additionally, I create and present materials to a variety of audiences. At the moment, I interview internal and external stakeholders as the new host for the INKspire Spotlight on Instagram Live.

social media + strategy + PR

For the past two years, I have created communication strategies for a variety of organizations social media platforms and campaigns.

I create brand kits, style & tone, content & content calendars to ensure consistency between platforms.

Additionally, I conduct competitor, trend, and industry research to identify future content opportunities.
